Service Area

The practice is named for the line of latitude that runs through Hollywood, where it is based. The coverage area extends roughly a half-degree north and south of it: Palm Beach at one end, Coral Gables at the other, with the practice sitting at the center of its own map.

Within that area, care comes to you. Your home, most often. Your office, when the day does not permit otherwise. Your boat, at the dock or at anchor. There is no waiting room to sit in and no drive to make.

For members who keep a second residence inside the area, a place in the city and a place on the water, care follows you between them. There is nothing to transfer and no one to notify.

Membership does not lapse when you leave.

Travel is when people most need a provider who knows them and least expect to reach one. Your provider remains available by phone, text, and video wherever you are: for advice, for a prescription, for a read on whether something can wait until you are home or needs attention where you are.

Where local care is required, the practice helps you find it: identifying a credible provider or facility, briefing them on your history, and following up on what they find. What you should not have to do is explain twenty years of your medical history to a stranger in an unfamiliar city while unwell.

For members who spend part of the year elsewhere, the membership continues uninterrupted through the months away, and resumes in person when you return. Visits at a second residence outside the coverage area can be arranged in advance where distance and schedule allow.
